I-LINK 2.0
We totally re -drew our I-link suspension system.
New linkages , new point positions, new bigger axles, new Enduro bearings.
Our old I-link system was already an evolution of past versions. We had improve the system year by year for many time and it has been no easy to improve again a good system like the old I-link.
In order to get a significant improve we has been work a lot of time and we have tested many different solutions.<We
- NEW MAIN PIVOT: 15mm NEW ergal pivots (old pivots were 12.7mm)
- NEW ENDURO BEARINGS: introduce new bigger bearings, especially made by Enduro Bearings on our specification
- NEW ANTI-SQUAT BEHAVIOR: we incrased little bit the anti-squat curve starting point. The new system still improves the already excellent pedaling behavior of the old one
- LEVERAGE RATIO: the new system has a progressive compression curve with a range from 2.9 to 2.3. This fit well with both air or coil spring shocks
- ANTI-RISE: anti-rise curve remain under 100% from the sag position to end of travel, for a neutral effect on the brake forces
I-LINK 2.0 OUR ADVANCE VIRTUAL PIVOT SYSTEM
A very high performance system, very stable when pedaling, maximum efficiency and response in overcoming roughness. Proggressive behavior for an infinite rear travel feeling and for a perfect match also with spring shock absorbers. Totally free from braking forces.
I-LINK 2.0 E-bike version with integrated down link main pivot.
For a better integration with the drive unit we have developed an innovative concept by unifying the main pivot of the lower link with one of the engine supports. In fact, for the first time on an E-bike frame the engine unit becomes a structural part of the rear suspension. This has allowed us to get more space for the rear swingarm and also to save weight and while achieving a considerable increase of the stiffness. This also allowed us to obtain a better positioning of the instant rotation center (I.C.) to calibrate the behavior of the suspension also in consideration of the additional thrust ensured by the drive unit.

An innovative and last generation motor, with the “+” sign (PLUS) to underline the novelties and the important step forward thanks to the never-ending analysis, the study and commitment in designing it, always looking for better performance.

FULLY-INTEGRATED DOWN TUBE BATTERY
Thanks to its innovative design, the lithium-ion battery of 711 Wh can be integrated in the frame, giving a captivating aesthetic effect. The down-tube, studied to reduce the optical impact, is made of drawn aluminum, and it is perfectly integrated with the motor mounting. Between the innovative solutions, there is also the possibility to house inside the down-tube all the control cables (rear brake, gear and derailleur), making them invisible.
The TFT Display is easy to read thanks to the adaptive light 2,5’ color screen, with automatic adaptation of the color and intensity according to the ambient light. Furthermore it shows precisely the cyclist pedaling power, the cadence, the motor power and residual range.

The electronic is really innovative and it uses algorithms coming from Motosport origin. The “Polini Dynamic Control” PDC software has been developed to reach 4 main goals:
- Precision of assistance torque output always according to the effort applied by the cyclist on the pedals;
- Reactivity to follow the pedaling variations;
- Motor response time reduction when starting pedaling reducing to zero the time of interruption of thrust when stop pedaling.
