We develop and produce every single piece always focused on quality. We love this job, that’s why we spend a lot of time checking the quality of materials and products. We desing with 3D cad system (Solidworks for 3d modeling, Fusion 360 for animation, simulation and machining, Bricscad for 2d drawing) , and calculate every parts with FEA tecnology. We also apply latest 3d printing technology both in developing and production of frame accessories. We pay great attention to the welding process, heat treatment and finishing of each single frame. We also apply ISO 4210-6 tests but we strongly believe the prototype test on the terrain must have the last word, that’s why our riders and employes spend lot of time testing, riding new products on different terrain. Only long time use and big stress can allow us to decide if the product can be really good about quality. Not only technology, we also like to make beautiful objects, that’s what italians do better. A beautiful design are important as much as good riding feeling. We want to create beautiful and performing products. Our goal is to keep the quality of our products very high and allow the customer to personalize them as much as possible!
