NOW AVAILABLE THE NEW CARVER 2010

We are finally over with the Carver 2010 our new trail biking evolved frame.
Completely revised respect the previous model, the new Carver using our I-link system in a new version optimized for superior support during pedaling.
The new frame uses a new series of aluminum 7003 tubes  triple butted specially built on our specifications by Dedacciai. In particular, the down tube has been completely revised.
With pentagonal tapered, is drawn twice with a special flattening towards the bottom bracket and then specially curved to make way for the bottle cage in traditional position.
The rear swinarm has been completely redesigned and uses of new sabers and the bridge that unites them lighter and always made with infinite care by machining from solid blocks.
The shock now insists on the top tube to allow room for the bottle cage. The supports that attach the shock to the front triangle,  vary the dimensions according to frames size. In sizes S and M are smaller than the size L and XL, enabling you to maintain unchanged the position of the shock to the varying size which ensures consistency in the curve of compression choice in the design stage. The swingarm has been redesigned to allow for the introduction of the 34.9mm vertical tube which greatly increases the rigidity of the whole frame / seat post and makes the ride even more efficient while seated. Carver is the first frame Mde to use a 30.9mm seatpost instead of the classic  27.2mm. The final version of the production of Carver also differs slightly in specimens of pre-series. After the first tests we decided to slightly modify the swords and rear supports of the upper link to provide greater space to the front derailleur. Was also optimized the geometry with a head tube lower in all sizes to optimize the position in the saddle in combination with ranges up to 150mm of travel.

The 2010 Carver frame as all our 2010 models that use technology I-link and Dh-Link , install a new system of protection for bearings that using two simple o-ring positioned internally and externally to each bearing isolate it completely protecting  from any contamination and thus ensuring a longer duration. The bearings are “Enduro bearings” in the specific reinforced version “Max” and with double sealing. With the addition of the new system of o-ring protection of each bearing is even quadruple. The new Carver also uses the new Ergal 7075  lightened pivot, hard anodized and the screws always integrated in ergal.
The rear travel in the final version has been increased to 140mm with 200x56mm shox. Standard setup  using the Rock Shox Monarch 4.2 in version B tune that fits perfectly to the curve slightly progressive suspension.
On the new Carver is possible to install the new upper magnesium link which saves 40g over the aluminum version. The  magnesium link is available painted in three different colors: black, white or transparent.
Carver is offered in 4 standard colors: Royal Black, royal red, royal orange and royal white. The links and hardware for standard colors is proposed in anodized black or red version.
You can choose different colors and anodizing for the frame and also for links and screws with a surcharge and a delivery time of 60 days. You can also choose different shocks than the proposed standard. Our bike kits are also available; for the Carver recommend our Mx kit.
